Our plan was to stay at Motel6 in Wethersfield CT. However, after checking in and to the room, the area was dirty, two doors up from us, they were knocking on someone’s door to do an eviction but the person wouldn’t answer; NO RESULT from the person and “we checked out.” I wasn’t going to allow my wife to be privy to this kind of activity, checked out, spoke to the person at the counter, checked out, moving on to another Motel that was safe and parking was in the lighted area.
After checking out, I was told I would be refunded an estimate of $800. However, we returned home and checked my credit card and there’s no refund in my account. I called Motel6 a week after returning home and spoke, I think, to Marisol, and she’d follow up with the refund. It’s been almost a month since my last contact with Motel6 for my refund.
