Stayed here the night before a downtown Hartford reservation as it was close to where I needed to drop my son off for an event. After a terrible experience downtown with the Candlewood I headed right back for another three-night stay. Nice hotel, nice people and safe area.

The hotel was nicer than a few we've stayed in and the staff was extremely friendly. Having breakfast in the morning was nice and they had options which is good because we have a picky eater in the mix. The pool wasn't open the day we checked in bc if the weather but I also thought the pool may have been indoors by the description. I know better now to call before i finalize a booking. Our rooms fridge didnt work which we hadnt realized til the last night of our stay but they had another room available so we were able to relocate. Overall i would stay at this location again if i planned the trip more accordingly
