Absolutely disgusting walked in the room n immediately walked out wouldn’t have stayed there for free …yuk ! This place needs shut down ! N the guy at the front desk was very rude !!!!!
Run down, dirty, no maid service, linens stained, no blanket, urine around toilet, scum on shower walls, mirror nasty, carpet nasty. Refrigerator did not work. No coffee in lobby.
Was a total disaster. Looked like the facilities were being used as Section 8 housing or temporary undocumented housing. Reeked of cigarettes even though it said non smoking. Dirty and room had roaches everywhere. Not family friendly at all and felt very slumlord like. Would not recommend or go back

Hole in my rooms wall, water stains on ceiling, front door window shattered, trash around
We did not go to check in. People were hanging around smoking and all sorts. The environment was not healthy enough for the kids. We went somewhere else instead, though we lost the money paid, but we were well rested elsewhere.
Not what it appears in pictures. Room was filthy. Parking lot and around building was disgusting. I didnt wven stay the night, demanded refund and left
I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the room. It was dirty, the doorknobs were broken, and there was an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke throughout. Even the beds appeared poorly maintained. This was far below the standard I expected."
I left and asked for a refund. I do not recomend this place.
This was the most awful hotel I’ve ever experienced in my life. The property was incredibly dirty. We were checked in and made our way through to the room. The hallways smelled bad and they were dark and dirty. Half of the doors were dented with paint chipping off. We tried to get into the room and the door would not open. The maid had to come over and help us but was unsure if she was even a maid because she had no uniform or name tag in that showed she worked at the facility. Once in the room, the ac was set at 60 and probably felt like 80. I looked under the sheets at the mattress (I always do when I stay at a hotel) and found bud bugs on the corner of the mattress. I called to the front office and let them know. They sent someone to look at it and they tried to tell me that there are no bed bugs even though they were clearly on the mattress. I asked to have our room changed and they said they had nothing else open. I told them that we wanted a refund and we were going to another hotel. They told me because I had already checked in that I was not going to be refunded we were there for a total of an hour) I called the corporate red roof inn number and they told me that in order to get a refund that they would have to open a case number and it could take more than 7 business days to even get an answer back about what they could do to about the situation. Not even a guaranteed refund. My husband and I immediately left and went to another hotel doen the street. TERRIBLE!
