Very decent fresh hotel. Excellent check-in except breakfast start time. Minimal exercise equipment, nice indoor pool. Room was good size and pleasant, clean but odd sour smell possibly from cleaning solution or air freshner. All-around very good.

This is my favorite hotel to stay at. The bedding (sheets, blankets, pillows) are so luxurious. The bed was comfortable! The continental breakfast was amazing with many options! My only negative is that they have always been 'pet friendly' at no extra charge. Now they continue to be 'pet friendly' at a $25/pet, per night fee. This makes it hard for all of us who have well behaved pets.

Enjoyed our stay

Stayed overnight and enjoyed it. Rooms were clean and spacious. The only complaint I have is the lack of dairy-free options at the breakfast / for coffee for those of us with allergies.

Nice hotel lobby, very good breakfast, but our room had mold spots, a leaking window which caused mold on the blackout shades. Room smelled damp.

Stayed at this property for the pool and spa. Pool water gross. Pool is run down. Pool area was dirty.Spa broken and looks nasty. Desk is too close to ac unit made it impossible to work at it without layering up. Front desk was less then helpful upon checkout. They were gathered around a cell phone watching videos. Waste of money.

It appears to be a relatively new property but the furniture in the room looks like it was beat up. Lighting in bathroom very dim. No light on the desk-had to sit in bed to do computer work.

Breakfast and the pool was excellent. Room was comfy and the air conditioning worked great. Room was clean. The only thing we didnt like was when we asked for more towels the staff had a attitude and gave us a bit of a problem. One other thing is there is alot of dogs and my partner doesn’t like that. People need to control there pets in the hallway. At 6am we heard dogs barking loudly right at our door. But other then that very nice stay and convenient to travel to hershey

Stink bugs & mold

Upon arrival we noticed mold all in our shower and the shower head. All along the wall there was stink bugs. The front desk staff was quick to help but will definitely not he staying there again it was disgusting.
