Convenient, Clean, Comfortable

This trip was booked last minute and was exactly what I was looking for. It was less than a 5 minute drive from UPMC Osteopathic, which was helpful for my trip, but it was also a close drive to different parts of Harrisburg, and I was able to easily to get around to a pretty wide range of neighborhoods even in just the one day I was there. I did not go to Hershey on this trip, but it would be about a 15 minute drive there. I've stayed in similar hotels in Harrisburg, and this one was nicer and newer and very clean. There was a pretty extensive continental breakfast, and the staff was very friendly and nice. The bed was very soft -maybe a little too soft - but I had a very comfortable stay!

I stayed at this hotel to attend the Kendrick and SZA concert. It was a great location from the stadium. I enjoyed the seafood restaurant nearby and the Waffle House.

This was a great hotel experience from start to finish. The staff Sharon and Kristen were extremely welcoming and answered all questions thoroughly. The breakfast was great too, there were many options. Water pressure was awesome and everything was spotless. We would absolutely stay here again. 1000/10 recommend.

Horrible experience

There was kids screaming in the pool area jumping. parents were out in the fenced area drinking while no one supervised their kids weren’t listening they were you and were in and out of the hot tub, people left the pool area because you could not enjoy yourself or even use the pool or hot tub. It was reported several times two staff behind the desk the first night. Kids are running and jumping and screaming in the hallway, riding a scooter The parents were outside, drinking and yelling and screaming. It was reported nothing was done. Second day in the swimming pool, same thing parents of those kids started on my daughter who was a minor. It was reported and nothing was done. No one could use the pool except for that bunch that was out there drinking and the kids that were not listening. It was not fair I spent money to use those, the pool and hot tub and could not use them. It was reported and nothing was done. The pillars reduce off to the beds were too hard horrible experience.

Enjoyable stay, close to all what we wanted to do. Only back draw was the road in front of the hotel, busy with trucks and semis, bc there is and industrial area up the street. Other than that, everything was good, clean friendly. Would go again but taking a room facing the rear.

I would gladly stay here again. The hotel is very clean and everything worked without calling for a repair person. Shopping is within walking distance and the location is looks safe.
