I liked the lemonade and cookies upon arrival and the solid surface flooring in the rooms. The only reason I gave 4 stars on cleanliness instead of 5 is due to other guests leaving trash outside of their rooms. Who does this? Maybe a trash can on the floor would encourage them to be more respectful.

I want to first say that the staff here was absolutely excellent. The entire hotel was very clean. My only complaint is that the beds were very uncomfortable the mattress was very worn out but this is my only complaint We will stay here again for future stays.

This hotel met our needs: The Cons: In my opinion, it was rough around the edges, such as a broken shelf in the gym, broken ice machines on the first and second floors, and the fact that I could hear my brother’s voice clearly through the air vent in his bathroom into my bathroom. My brother happened to be in the room next to mine, but I could imagine how unsettling it could be to hear an unfamiliar voice while you're using the bathroom. The Pros: The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. The hotel was pet-friendly, which was perfect because we traveled with pets. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with my niece, nephew, Sister-in-law, brother, and mother. The hot breakfast included with our stay was good enough. Nothing to rewrite home about, but it hit the spot! Coffee, tea, and delicious cookies were always available in the lobby, and if you had a craving for something more, the Sheetz gas station was a convenient 2-5-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel was in an excellent location for our family trip to Hershey’s Amusement Park, local restaurants, and time away from home to reset my energy and bond with my family. We had a great time.
