Nice and modern hotel beautiful room especially nice shower

The hotel was nice, clean and very helpful staff. I think they could use an upgrade on the windows as even from the 37th floor you could hear all the sounds of New York

The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Service was great. Outside hotel on the street is dirty but found most of the NYC area around Times Square like that. We got vouchers for breakfast for several places but Carve deli was the best. Good food , quick service and always so busy. They could use a little bit more seating as we had to take our breakfasts back to hotel and eat in lobby.

Great hotel, great location, staff, and facilities. The room bathroom needs maintenance - shower valve handle was loose, hard to find good temperature position. Overall room is great, definitely recommend updating shower and faucet hardware.

The hotel was in a great location. Walking distance to Time Square and Central Park. Many food options near by. It was a great hotel for our first time in New York. The staff was very helpful.
