Beautiful setting BUT bedding was FILTHY! Looked like human feces. Called front desk & it took 90 minutes for clean bedding. We were expected to change linens ourselves. We are 79 & 80 years old & refused to do that. Teenage males “tried” their best to make the bed. By 11:00PM, we were too tired to complain any longer.

Very nice property check-in was easy. I would’ve liked to had more coffee in the room along with the sugar non-dairy creamer and artificial sweetener. I thought it was a good value the pools look to be in good condition although I did not use them.

Clean, spacious, well designed room with everything needed gir a great stay …. And so much more. The balcony was a great place to sit, gave coffee etc. can’t say enough about the beautiful grounds and amenities like indoor and outdoor pool areas, etc! Enjoyed staying at Vacation Village in the Berkshire and hope to return next time I am in the area.

Tired, worn out, poorly designed, depressing. Check in took far too long & was tedious & unhelpful. Promised text that would “explain everything” was supposed to come right away but only came hours later & then wasn’t particularly helpful. No paper list of events, hours, instructions, etc. provided. Difficult to try to access any info on room tv & it wasn’t helpful. Hard to find way around property & to one’s building, esp. in the dark, with tree branches obscuring building numbers & numbers weren’t lit. Poor lighting on paths from parking and near building doors. Not easy to figure out where building entrance was. Stained, frayed carpets. Big slit in sofa cushion. Third rate bedding, furniture. Dresser missing top drawer. Tub/shower extremely narrow & lacking place to put soap, shampoo, etc. while also being in a vast, poorly designed room. Whole unit very poorly designed. Chairs in dining area too low, & uncomfortable. Almost no counter space in kitchen but lots of — too much — extra space in other parts of unit. Very noisy refrigerator and ice maker ran nearly constantly. Induction plate slow & didn’t work properly - couldn’t be set higher than 5/10 levels. No instructions for coffeemaker and only one bag of grounds provided for 3-night stay. Promised bowls, cutlery, cooking pots, etc. for 4 provided and also lots of towels. Balcony view only of cars, road & parking lot despite being amidst gorgeous mountain setting. The few decorations were depressing. A sad, tired place.

More than expected

We didnt know the place was so nice. It would have great to spend a week there. Full kitchen, jacuzzi in the bathroom, so many perks that we didnt know when we booked it. Free coffee at the reception until 11, two pools. Cine twice a day.
