Fire alarm blaring fully for over 10 hours overnight, led to completely sleepless night. After hours Issues with sprinkler system and fire alarm required a full pack-up and room change. Moved to room absolutely closest to alarm box, called to complain about placement, was told nothing they could do. This seemed disgustingly intentional. Loud banging sounds heard OVER the fire alarm at 4:30am had me opening my room door to witness a dead body being removed by EMTs! No apologies from staff, no room upgrade, no customer service whatsoever. Horrible experience, extremely disappointed with lack of service and handling.
