I was there for a funeral. The hotel REFUSED to credit me for days that i coukd t stay bc it was too far from my family. Had to take uber that cost 80$ each way.

Good stay

The staff was friendly and helpful. The first room had a nonfunctional refrigerator and the toilet was running. The person at the desk gave me a different room when I returned and informed her. The second room was better. The mattress was very firm, but there were plenty of pillows. The walls kept out noise from the neighboring rooms. Although the room did not have a microwave, there was one available in the alcove with the ice machine. Dinner at the restaurant (chicken Monterey with broccoli) was very tasty and reasonably priced.

PROSE: The property was conveniently located to several dining areas. It also had an on-site bar and grill. The room was very nice and the bed was higher than normal(which made it easier for my husband, who has suffered a stroke). The staff was extremely nice,accommodating, and knowledgeable. CONS: Thus was an anniversary stay overnight. We should have booked a longer stay(lol).

Dirty showers

After the 3rd room we gave up and just went to bed. The bathroom shower and floor were filthy. I took pics and videos of 222 and 220 to the front desk to show her. No way there were cleaned! I felt u clean just sleeping in 312 because I wasn’t sure it had been cleaned. The bed was extremely hard. My husband couldn’t sleep and woke up with back pain. This was the last stay at a holiday in. After this experience. Not able to upload videos.
