It was a horrible experience for not only me but for my wife as well.We came in late from an ash release for my mom and ended up sleeping on the couch! We did our usual bed check and found stains on the sheets, apparently it was from unusual activities,also it had a blood stain around the same area! We seen a blood stain by the tv that looks like someone tried to clean it but didn’t succeed! We had to sleep on the couch,with a malfunction air conditioner that was set the 68 all night! You guys gotta do better!

Will not stay with Hilton again

Check in clerk was very flustered due to complaints from visitors. Two people in front of us complained about house keeping. Our bathroom floor was sticky. No hot water the entire stay. Plumbing issues. AC would only cycle for less than 1 minutes even with us moving around in the room.
