Excellent location for seeing the sights of London. Walking distance to Brompton West & Earls Court stations. Access to the overground to easily travel to Camden, Gatwick or the Thames. The room was small, but nicely appointed. There is a bar, cafe & restaurant but no other amenities. The staff were very helpful.

We were extremely disappointed with our experience involving The Chelsea Harbour Hotel & Spa and Expedia. We accidentally booked the wrong date and, when we arrived at the hotel, spent over two hours in the lobby trying to resolve the issue with both hotel staff and Expedia. We were reassured several times that everything would be sorted, notes would be added to the system, and that the funds for the original booking would later be released once we paid for a second stay on the correct date. Despite following the instructions given to us in good faith and paying again to stay that night, we have since been refused any refund, compensation, or goodwill gesture. The situation caused significant stress at the start of our trip and the communication between the hotel and Expedia felt disorganised and inconsistent throughout. While the hotel itself is pleasant, our customer service experience was very poor. We feel let down by the lack of accountability and unwillingness to honour what was discussed at reception. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we would not feel confident booking through Expedia again.

When we ask to clean room, it means cleaning the whole room. Not just arranging things. There should be fresh cups in the room without asking.

Everything is ok just Slow in process of reimbursing the deposit GBP 100.

The room is clean. The breakfast and coffee is very good. There are many restaurants nearby. The subway stations are close. We will stay here again if we will be in London in the future

Carpet needs replacing in room but overall clean room and linen and clean bathroom
