Not a terrible place to stay but not a great one. The young woman on Reception, Carol, was wonderful. The room was clean and neat, the bathroom was spotless and everything worked.
Here's why I can only give three stars.
I asked if there was any possibility of arranging a late check out, 12 noon instead of 10.30, and offered to pay extra. I got a flat NO. No discussion, no 'Let's see how we can make this work', no flexibility. Just a flat NO. I had to leave at 10.30.
I asked for the quietest possible room. I was given one next to the top of a staircase in more or less constant use.
I'm in my 60s and I had a heavy suitcase. My room was on the 1st floor. They don't have a lift / elevator. No offer of help.
Nice shower but no shelf in it for soap / shampoo.
So, it'a nice enough place but many other places are more customer-focused and have more of a 'yes' attitude.
