This lovely vacation villa with south-facing heated pool, enlarged sun deck and screen enclosure, is situated at Lake Pierce. Lots of privacy and beautiful quit nature. Within 6 minutes you'll find beautiful golf courses.

Peace, space and playing the game of Golf combined with the entertainment Capital of the World Orlando within reach. Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Studio's, Sea World, Discovery Cove, Kennedy Space Center and Legoland are only a short drive away!

Our villa features four bedrooms including bonus room, two bathrooms, a big kitchen, living room. Master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Also two bedrooms with shared bathroom. One queen bedroom, a twin room and a bonus room! Ideal for vacationing with two couples. Our villa is fully air-conditioned for your convenience and has three TV’s, within the living room the big 55' TV.

The living area is open plan, bright and spacious. The kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator, separate space with washer and dryer. The kitchen nook features a round table with four chairs and in the living area another table with six chairs.

Outside in the back you will find a patio/lanai, a large, optional heated, pool and a spacious screened area surrounded by grass. Always sun or shadow to enjoy. A gas barbecue is present! The irrigation is hooked on a well so always a nice, green garden.

The property was clean, up to date and the beds slept well. Our only complaint was we stayed 3 nights and never had internet access or tv. The host was slow to respond as he lives out of the country.

Everything was wonderful. I have been staying in Florida every December for the past 13yrs, and this villa is by far the most well stocked, organised villa I have stayed in. We are familiar with the short cuts, and chose this villa because of the quiet area. After a day at the parks and al the noise, we enjoyed coming back to the serenity of this home. Rene was very fast to respond and just a pleasure to work with. We look forward to booking with him again in the future.

The house was nice overall, clean, and the pool was great. The beds were very firm, and the fan in the garage bedroom didn’t work properly. There were a lot of rules and checkout instructions, which made the process feel more extensive than usual. They only provide one laundry pod per day, and since there aren’t separate pool towels, you have to reuse the bathroom towels. With the limited pods, it’s not really possible to wash them as often as needed. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant

Loved it!

Would absolutely stay here again and hope to do so! Pictures and descriptions are accurate. Very clean and spacious home. Loved sitting on lanai early morning and evening. We only cooked breakfast, but there appeared to be plenty of kitchen supplies to cook whatever you would want. It was a great place to relax and visit family in the area.

Quiet and Comfortable

This is an excellent property. It was cleaner than my own home and everything we requested such as the pool being heated was done and we had no issues. It is a little bit off the beaten path but we got to see a part of FL we wouldn't have seen otherwise.

Everything was as expected and worked perfectly for our need. We did have a couple issues which were easily mitigated by the owner. They were easy to reach and quick to respond. We elected to have the pool heated (in October) which was the only way I would get in the pool (I like a warm pool). The ambient temperature was unseasonably cool and the pool heat was just not enough for me to be willing to swim. The owner did make an adjust to the pool heat which improved the condition enough for me to swim but unfortunately our trip was half over by the time the pool was regulated. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything we needed was available and we cooked almost every meal while we were there.

Home away from home!

This was our second stay at this property and we had a great time, just as expected. We love the quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, and the privacy that this place offers. It's away from the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough that it didn't matter to us. Less than 10 minutes to a Dollar general and less than 20 to Haines City for several bigger grocery options. There's also a Super Walmart less than 20 minutes away in Lake Wales. The pool was chilly (we opted not to heat in early April) but my kids didn't mind. 90 minutes to Vero Beach and a little further to Clearwater/St. Pete's made for nice day trips to both coasts and we had beautiful weather. We skipped Disney this trip but Orlando is just under an hour and an easy trip. House is clean and had everything we needed. There were even some nice upgrades since the last time we stayed, my husband and I were excited for the new master bedroom furniture as the footposts of the old bed were a calf/shin/kneecap killer. Glad to see that remedied. Don't hesitate if you don't mind being a little farther away from things and don't want a rental feel. We felt like we were in the middle of a cozy neighborhood where people actually live (and work all day) because it's so quiet... kids riding bikes in the street and friendly people. Felt like home! Quiet neighborhood with wildlife

The property is very adequate, but the location is sort of out of the way. I guess if you are familiar with some of the back roads, you can get to most of what you need in 15-20 minutes. It took us awhile to learn this.

Labor Day visit

First impressions are everything. Walked into home and thermostat was at 80 degrees. At 10:00 after got back from din we it was still 76 degrees in the house. The house should be set up for guest arrival and comfortable. Next, every bed was as hard as a rock and very, very old. I had to go to Wal-Mart and get a memory foam topper just to sleep. I really wanted to like this home but these two things really set the tone for this visit. The house was dated, but clean and as described and shown. I thought this property was on a golf course but apparently that closed several years ago just remnants of it were still visible. This could be a great spot just need to take care of the things noted and would be a great place to stay.

All the comforts of home!

We had a great week at this villa. It had everything we needed and was the perfect location for us (to visit our family in Lake Wales, Disney and Legoland). Others may think it's a little off the beaten path but we loved the area. Neighbor is very friendly and even put the trash and recycling out for us. My kids loved the pool (beware it's heavily chlorinated so bring goggles if you are an underwater swimmer like my son and make sure you shower before and after). There was an assortment of pool floats and sand toys available which was great even though we had brought our own. Bring your own beach towels (or buy some at the Dollar General or Walmart not too far away). Beds were on the firm side but we prefer that so it didn't bother us. Not a terrible drive from Tampa or Orlando (about an hour). So nice to have laundry for the week! It was super clean when we arrived and everything worked as it should. Guestbook had a lot of great info. We had plenty of space for the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids ages 4 and 10). Can't say enough great things, it was the perfect home away from home.

very relaxing atmosphere

We really enjoyed the house set-up. The pool was the best item for my husband. Our neighbours where great and very helpful. The owners were quick and efficient when we had to contact them. Very relaxing location and great to see the outdoor live in our back yard. We enjoyed walking down to the entrance to see if the alligators and turtles where out sun tanning. Thanks for letting us stay.

Perfect location

This is the perfect vacation property, in a lovely neighborhood away from the tourist attractions. Very peaceful!! Owners were very easy to get ahold of when a hurricane storm went through. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Disappointing

The good points - nice peaceful residential location, pool heat was offered at a discount, property owner was quick to respond to emails. Not so good - no management company so no one local to help with issues, no hand soap provided in either bathroom, not even a hotel-style mini soap, no kitchen/bathroom cleaning products at all, and towels were apparently counted before arrival with dire warnings in case we took any with us. We stayed 12 days and it would have been nice to have been able to have wiped down surfaces with something other than water. The pool had areas of the surface missing and was grubby, including slimy green algae around the area just above the waterline. It was useable, just not very pleasant. An area of screen was missing on arrival so insects came in. Hurricane Ian caused several more areas of screen to be lost whilst we were there so even more insects but that was out of the immediate control of the owner. Disappointed that owner did not contact us before Hurricane to see if we needed help or advice and only contacted us afterwards to say they hoped we were safe, was there any damage to the villa. We told them of the water leaks into kitchen and front bedroom but heard nothing more. Also no flashlight in whole property and everywhere was sold out prior to hurricane's arrival. Villa is dated, but ok. Plastic mattress cover in master suite (didn't check others) was unpleasant to sleep on and reminiscent of a nursing home. Sadly not a luxurious experience, would say villa is far more suited to long stay snow birds rather than short stay holiday renters. Big shout out to wonderful neighbour Bob who acted as unofficial property handyman whilst we were there.

This place was really nice and open. We all had a great time staying here. The neighbors are nice. Loved having a pool right in the backyard. It was a great get a way. Peppa Pig Land was super easy to get to. The only down fall was the master bed was awful, ended up sleeping in another bed.
