The Beach House - the name says it all! Set right on the beach in Gulf Shores, this bright, sunny, Gulf-front vacation home has a covered deck with a porch swing and stairs leading straight out to the sand. When you're not playing on the beach, bust out a board game on the picnic table on the deck, or head inside to stream Netflix on one of the HDTVs. This home also features a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar.

When it's time to dine, there are a number of local beachfront eateries within three miles of the house, with additional dining options in downtown Gulf Shores. For all-ages fun, Waterville USA and the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo are both located less than four miles from the property.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
