The first room was not desirable. Moved to a second room which was better not by much. Musty and other cosmetic issuses. This hotel needs a serious refurbishing. The staff did the best they could with what they have to work with. Hilton should be ashamed

Everything was A1! The room was spacious with a good view of the beach, I loved the balcony….Great customer service provided by staff especially Jordyn and Jamie….the kitchen/breakfast staff was very nice and courteous……I loved the pool accommodations it was at the right temperature….overall GREAT EXPERIENCE!
