Tub caulking needed to be replaced. Two light fixtures in-between the beds didn't work... one didn’t even have a bulb. It would have been nice for chairs and umbrella service to have been included. There was an empty shower wash bottle that we had replaced. Breakfast was ridiculously priced. .

Great, safe stay!

We loved our pet friendly stay at Hilton. Staff was very friendly! Room could have been a little more updated but overall the room was very clean. Outside areas were nice and freshly updated. Will return!

The staff was top notch. The carpet in the room was disgusting. The float stuck constantly in the toilet. The WiFi was hit and miss. The toilet paper was cheapest I’ve ever used, can’t expect a five star rating with one star toilet paper. The people were friendly. We did enjoy our trip. Seems there needs to be some updates done.

Patrick Jordann and Shanice at front desk were awesome every day. Summer took care of ants on the balcony...yeah! We loved that it was quiet and the lazy river was awesome. Walked to beach for sunrises and sunsets. Loved everything about Orange Beach.

Room 527 freezer needs defrosting. We bought ice cream, but the freezer was a solid 12” block of ice. Would have been nice if the bed had a top sheet. Room very clean. Nice friendly staff.

Everything was exceptional from the time we entered the hotel. The staff were amazing-a huge shoutout to Summer who made our stay even more incredible with her thoughtfulness and friendliness! Very clean hotel with great service. 10 out of 10 other than the pillows were a little flat lol
