Was honestly the worst hotel experience ever. Was told I could check in early before I arrived, then once I got there couldnt check in until after 4. The elevators were broken and never got fixed so we all had to use the stairs, and the walls are paper thin to where I was forced to listen to people having sex through the wall. Smelled weird, was super dingy, and definitely NOT worth the amount of money.

The property was not clean and looked very rundown. The room had a smell, and there was bugs in there. When you call for towels, they never had any and would tell you you’ll get them when you get them. I waited over an hour for towels to shower. When I asked the front staff for towels when I came in one day, she was very rude and told me I’ll get them when I get them and also cussed at me when I walked away. There is also a sign in sheet for pool towels. That is very inconvenient.

Shanice and Dakota were very inviting and full of good energy. Property could use some room upgrades in the room with worn down beds however its very convenient with beachfront. Breakfast staff was a little overwhelmed with the amount of guest eating and ordering. Waited about 45mins just for my ticket in order to leave after eating. Others were waiting 1hr just to order unfortunately.
