The only issues I had were that I had to pay for parking in a hotel that I paid to stay at, they had a parking garage and still had to pay $15 to park. I think this is actually ridiculous. The other issue I have is when you click on the map with Expedia, this takes you to the Hilton and not Hampton. This caused me to miss my Uber and have to pay a cancellation fee.

We’re day-long coffee drinkers, and during this visit, we were up and out early each morning. Unfortunately, the coffee wasn’t available until 5:30 a.m. and wasn’t maintained throughout the day—it was cold by the afternoon. The room was adequate overall, but we noticed some issues: stains on the floor, missing hooks on the back of the bathroom door, and while an iron was provided, there was no ironing board. Additionally, adjacent construction caused us to have issues entering/exiting the premises.

This hotel cost a totel of $535 for one night, what you typically pay at a resort - this was not a resort! This is just a hotel. The pool and jacuzzi were dirty and they provided no towels at the pool. My room door (924) would not shut, it took effort to force it to open and close.

My fiancé and I stayed here (Orange beach) for a few days on our vacation. We also stayed at another Hampton inn prior, on same trip, in Sarasota. The Orange beach location wasn’t near as nice as Sarasota. When we arrived, we were surprised with a $15/day parking, which was not listed in their listing. So that wasn’t welcoming. The parking deck was nice, there are two doors to enter the hotel on the 3rd floor with your room key. One of the doors, the card reader didn’t work, so we had to use the other. Getting out to the parking deck from the inside, you have to press a green button to release the door. This always took several tries. I’m honestly surprised this passes fire inspection, because it doesn’t work very well. A lot of the times someone would just leave the door open which is also a safety issue. The room was clean, but smelled of mildew. not a lot of room. We had a two queen bed with balcony overlooking the beach. Not a cheap room. Sarasota was a king bed room, and had a ton of room. Orange beach not so much. I didn’t like that there was a hotel door separating the neighboring room. But that’s not a big deal I guess. The AC didn’t work very well. It wasn’t much more than 85 out so it’s not like it’s the middle of summer. It was either humid in the room, or freezing. At one point the door knob fell off the patio door when I closed it. The bathroom was okay, dated, but clean and decent.

It was a beautiful property. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Clean room and pool was inviting and kept debris free. The only complaint was uncomfortable mattresses on the beds.

This hotel was a complete joke, and we're local so we know. The entire stay was chock full of barking dogs, scaring the children in the lobby, being walked around where they were told not to be, and keeping everybody awake ALL NIGHT. The dogs on our hall barked ALL night, we told management the first night to please ask the owners to do something and quiet this down, we are there to relax, and nothing changed, it got worse. Horrible. Great bartenders, nice staff, bad carpet stains in our expensive room. We were promised no parking charge and were charged one night's worth, and I want my money back!

The Hampton Inn was a quiet and clean place. Nice pools and a beachfront property as advertised. Close to dining options and easy parking. Breakfast was typical Hampton Inn fare.
