Perfectly situated on the white sandy beach by the shimmering turquoise waters of our humble slice of paradise, your getaway at Emerald Key offers a wonderful home base for your next romantic getaway or family vacation. Shopping, dining, and numerous adventures await at your fingertips along the beach strip. Convenience and relaxation are both found in this fully upgraded condo that comes equipped with everything you'll need for days full of adventure or leisure! The new CoastAL beach front restaurant is a quick walk away!

Getting fully settled in won't be a problem in this home away from home with 1302 square feet of cozy living space, featuring tropical décor and comfortable furnishings that will ensure a peaceful stay. The condo has a master bedroom suite with a king bed and 2 guest bedrooms. One guest bedroom features two full beds. The second guest bedroom provides a cozy queen bed. Additionally, a sleeper sofa in the living room allows for extra sleeping space so that everyone can fully recharge after each day of adventure. The master bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower and plenty of cabinet space. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo and is accessible from the hall or the guest bedroom.

Lounge in the living room as you enjoy the central air-conditioning and watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, or browse the web using the free Wi-Fi. The fully stocked kitchen, with beautiful granite countertops, provides everything you need to whip up delicious home cooked meals and snacks, making food preparation a breeze! Love Coffee? Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig, both are provided. Gather your friends and family for dinner around the dining room table which accommodates 6, with 4 chairs and a bench. Right next to the table is the bar with 3 barstools for additional dining space. For added convenience, there is a washer and dryer located in the unit so that you do not have to worry about any extra cost for laundry.

To enjoy the best of both worlds, take a trip down to the outside pool facing the beach which allows you to enjoy the views of the gulf while floating effortlessly without waves! Want to take a swim in the waves? Take a quick stroll down the private boardwalk to the beach and then rinse the extra sand off on your way back inside with the convenience of an outdoor shower. You can also put your grilling skills to good use in the communal BBQ area as you enjoy the fresh breeze and sounds of the coastline. Finally, end each evening by relaxing on the private balcony as you watch the sunset over the water and think about what's in store for the next day!

You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, glass blowing and pottery throwing at the waterfront Coastal Arts Center, shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall and just a few miles away from the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex.

* RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information. This is a legally binding document. Please read carefully.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING & NO PETS on any of our properties.

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 1 vehicle per unit/per reservation allowed in the gated parking lot, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. Additional parking available on a first come first serve basis outside the gated parking lot. Inside the condo (kitchen counter) you will find one (1) remote control to use for access to the gated parking lot. Please notify us immediately upon check-in if gate remote is not in the condo. Please remember to return the gate remote control when you checkout or $100 replacement fee will apply if not returned. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. * CHECK-IN: After 4PM on the day your reservation begins. Early check-in is NOT possible.

* CHECK OUT: Check out time is 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged for an additional day.

* MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call for special monthly rates.

*CANCELLATION POLICY: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid minus the management fee. Guests who cancel less than 30 days prior to check-in will not receive a refund. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance, which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

*TRAVEL INSURANCE: We strongly encourage you to purchase the optional travel insurance. Guests opting not to purchase travel insurance should be aware that no refund of your reservation deposit(s) will be available. Therefore, your entire booking payment is at risk.
