Boaters rejoice! Enjoy this beautiful spacious home and walk out the back door to your own private boat dock. The boat dock comes equipped with fresh water and electricity. This home sits on a huge shaded lot with professional landscaping and large oak trees. This home also has its very own water access ramp that is perfect for launching kayaks and paddle boards. The Bal Alex public boat ramp is also about 500 feet from the property. It is great spot to launch Jet skis or shallow draft boats. Bring the fishing poles and wet a line from the newly renovated dock.



Conveniently located in the middle of Gulf Breeze, this quiet neighborhood provides a serene oasis to get away from it all. Upon entering the home you'll be blown away by the breathtaking views of the bay. This open floor plan home has views from almost every room. The kitchen has been completely remodeled and features all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A gas BBQ grill is provided out back for you to prepare your fresh catch of the day. The kids and adult kids will love the air hockey/pool table combo and the dart board. There are large flat screen smart TVs throughout the entire home. There is even one in the master bath!

Gorgeous

This place was absolutely the best place we've stayed at. It was hard to pull my family away from the house to go to the beach near by. We would see Dolphins in the bay from the dock every morning and evening. My teenage kids and husband loved to catch fish and blue crab from the dock. The sunsets were magical. The house was clean and extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here. Hopefully we can visit again.

Hidden Gem on the Bay

If you are looking for a HIdden Gem near the beach, away from the hussle and bussle of the world, please check this place out. It has a gorgeous view for taking in the sunsets, the inside of the house is very modern and super clean. You are close to Pensecola Beach. You have a private dock to enjoy the beauty.

Excellent, Best VRBO We’e had

We travel, we’ve stayed at many VRBOs. The pictures show an awesome place, but still falls short of how nice this place really is. Super quiet neighborhood, shade trees, glassed in back porch, a superb deck. The boys caught crab and made dinner the last night Then the house, wow. Perfect and then some. We have stayed at a lot of places, this was the best one by a mile. We are planning on making this place a yearly tradition destination.

Great Property!

We had such a great time in Gulf Breeze staying on this property. It is exactly what it appears to be in the pictures. The kids loved the air hockey/pool table and we spent so much time on the dock together. The house had tons of space and the enclosed patio made it feel even bigger. It was close enough to everything-restaurants, beach, even Alabama. The property manager was as very quick to respond to our needs. The ONLY thing I can even come up with as far as “advice” to someone else coming is there is only one cookie sheet and one small cake pan. If you are planning on cooking or baking bring a few of your own. And that’s just me being nit-picky. But WOW great vacation home!!! Thank you for sharing it with us.

The house is very nice my family and I had a lot of fun fishing off the dock in the back yard also playing air hockey. The house is very open and there is plenty of room for activities if its raining and you don't want to go anywhere. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here it was very relaxing.

Very nice house on the bay, with a dock

Everything was as presented. House was very clean. We cooked a lot of our own meals and the kitchen was great. The dock was really fun to hang out on. We had a 25 foot boat with us and did not feel comfortable with the depth of the Bay at low tide. We pulled our boat out each day. Overall a great experience

Guys weekend fishing trip

The property was nice. Clean and looks to be recently updated inside. Beds were comfortable and plenty of extra blankets, towels and pillows. Dock power/lights didn’t work. Driveway is hard to back a boat trailer into. Pool table is not usable, it’s out of level and moves a lot.

The propertty is exactly as pictured. The property manager, Chris, is awesome. Beware the beds are on the floor and hard to get in AND OUT of. The furniture is uncomfortable ! Quiet as far as partying spring breakers go but it is a dog sandwich with pit bulls on one side and a behemoth hound on the other side. The barking never stops! We loved the modern amenities, huge flat screens everywhere, even the bath room. Better bone up on Roku if you're not familiar with that format. As with most rentals there are pros and cons. The dock is great but shallow. The house is huge with pleanty of room, great kitchen!

Perfection

House is in a great neighborhood at a great spot on the bay. The yard is well maintained and the layout is great for enjoying the outdoor amenities. Inside, the house is very warm and welcoming. Everything is clean and well maintained. Really enjoyed our stay. Hope to arrange a longer stay next year.
