I had to get my key fob changed frequently due to not working. This held back time needed to get to our tournament. I asked about releasing the $100 hold but was denied because it was booked under expedia.

The hotel was clean, service was great but the pool was closed all weekend which was the main reason for the stay .

Check-in was great, the front desk lady was super sweet and helpful. A little frustrated because we didn’t have sheets for the pullout couch nor a shower curtain in the bathroom. We had late checkout but housekeeping came to the door 3 times before noon despite the do not disturb sign on the door. Overall it was fine.
