I was at the front desk, no personnel in sight, leaned by the counter and said "hello, can i get some help" waited for 2 minutes and the female made a hand gesture of get away, shoo away, back up before she spoke with me. Well i wouldn't have had to do that if personnel was at counter. Spoke with Front Desk emlployee, asked for an extra towel. I was provided with 2 towels in our king room. Front desk personnel told me to bring my dirty towels to her and she would give me 2 towels. Still doesn't provide me with an extra towel. She told me that i could not get an extra towel because the hotel needed the towels for other guests. Also asked for a fan and she said we don't have those. I told her thank you and have a hood day. So on my return to the room, asked the housekeeper for an extra towel. Housekeeper was so kind to give me an extra towel, no problems no issues. This incident took place on June 3, 2025 between 8am-1030am. Thanks for your time!

Poorly trained staff. My first key didn't work. My second key opened the room but the room was being remodeled. The 3rd key to a new room opened the door fine, but I learned the next morning it opened all the guests doors to the entire hotel. Had to find this out the hard way when I went into someone else's bathroom before realizing it wasn't my room..... oh yeah, TV didn't work and found a cockroach. Besides all that the bed was really really comfortable and I slept good.

I liked the bathroom and the way the room was clean and it smelled really good and the service was as great and the food was really good I recommend this hotel to go to if you wanna relax and just chill and the air conditioner worked perfectly

I wasn't aware that there would be no room service during my stay. I was told room service is only for long term stays. However i was provided with clean towels and washcloths upon request. Breakfast was good
