Made a mistake after driving all night to book this place but didn’t realize it was a day ahead. The date I needed wasn’t available on the app they wouldn’t change the reservation or refund me my money. They stole 200$ from me.

It was decent I guess. It just didn’t meet my expectations. The pool was itty bitty. The room was the smallest hotel room I have ever seen. The phone doesn’t call the front desk or housekeeping. I actually had to call the outside number to reach the clerk. The hot breakfast was the saving grace. The secret to a good waffle though is to stop it with about 30 seconds left otherwise it’s crispy. If I have a need to stay at a hotel In Greenville again. It won’t be at this location. I’m glad I booked early for a good rate.

The air conditioner didn’t work and we had to move rooms in the middle of the night. Customer service overnight was great, but then the next morning was horrible. I just wasn’t out of the ordinary hotel experience as far as the consistency with customer service and the room itself was just it just didn’t work out. I would never stay there again.
