I watched 2 people check in before 3 but I was told my room wasn’t ready. Also charged me for 2 days and I was only there 1. Clerk at the desk told me 1 day was a test and it would drop off. It did not so now I have to call and hassle with people. Not my idea of fun.

I was lied to this past Friday when me and my wife went to get our room changed from a smoking room to a non-smoking room. The guy who was at the from desk told me and my wife that we'd be put in a room that had double queen beds and it was twin beds instead and we couldn't change rooms again because they were booked up for the night. We were return customers but won't be coming back

The hostesses and manager were excellent the problem was is that they are under construction pool was shutdown and the gym. And it wasn’t posted and they didn’t tell me. But they dif give me a refund and no penalties. Call ahead to make sure amenities are working

Room was in total disrepair. Bath was dirty. Cracked tile, door wouldnt close, light worked intermittently. Flooring in room was delaminated. Doors and drawers on furniture wouldn't close. When you sat on the couch you sank to the floor and needed help to get out. Best Western should be ashamed to have this location as part of their chain

Cant beat the value

Pool was under reno while we were there. Not a huge deal but would have liked a heads up. Checkin was easy and the lady was very friendly. We used express check out. The room was clean and in good condition. Other than airport (planes) and a few sirens (firehouse near by) ot was pretty peaceful. Breakfast was excellant! The price/value for price cant be beat. The only negative thing I can say is we stayed for 4 nights and asked the front desk for bedding change and new towels on day 2 and did not get them. He saw someone in the laundry room on day 3 and theh handed him towels but never did come to the room or change the bedding. Pretty minor thing. Overall we were quite happy and would definitely stay again.

It was terrible. The police do hourly checks thru the parking lot! I was afraid to sleep in the sheets so I bought a blanket at Walmart. The floor was old laminate duct taped in places, popcorn ceiling was scrapped off 1/2 the ceiling in the bathroom, tv remote didn’t work and no one had batteries. Awful
