This is our 3rd time staying at Heritage. Customer service is always exceptional, seem to have the smae hiring model as Chic Fil A!!! Rooms are nice and always vlean. They were having issues when we checked in with door keys not working, but they stayed on top of it and walked the halls to help guests. This is not a knock on them, stuff happens and they handled it quickly and professionally. I highly recommend one of the courtyard rooms. Has a French Quarter feel to it, in the middle of Great Falls! The Max, the attached restaurant has great food and reasonably priced. We got a donner for two last year for $37!!! (I had steak which was amazing and hubs got wings and an appetizer.) Breakfast buffet is top notch too and included with room. I would give 10 stars if available. ❤️

Room smelled of cigarette smoke when we got in, staff was quick to bring spray to help but it is supposed to be a smoke free hotel. Outside doors do not have key card access and are completely open to the public which doesn’t feel secure. Pool area is really pretty and hotel room was nice other than the smoke. Not sure when the casino / bar’s kitchen closes but it was closed when we went down for a late dinner. Over all I would come back simply because the staff is absolutely incredible

The selection they had for Breakfast was great The staff there were very helpful and kind. The Lady that was working the breakfast room was incredible her name was Nancy I watched her help countless guests keep the food fresh the food area clean and greeted all the guests no mater of there age or who they where with a big smile and a good morning I was moved by the staff at this location I couldn’t believe how helpful they where and if your a family that just wants to hang out by the pool they have got you covered I would definitely recommend the hotel if you want friendly and helpful people around you they had everything and then some that my family needed
Chris was very helpful loved how you could sit out and watch the kids play in the pool
Say hi to Nancy for me I don’t think I have ever met someone in her position love to here job so much she goes above and beyond for the guests

This was a lovely hotel to stay at. It's smaller and older but the beds were comfortable and the rooms had fridge and microwave. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and professional. Lots of great options at the complimentary breakfast. Our family would definitely stay again next time we're in Great Falls.

The hotel was ok for the price. The front desk staff were lacking in customer service skills. I stood at the desk for at least 5 minutes while the 2 woman chatted about a previous situation, without even being greeted. The door cards did not work on outside entrances (I was warned they might not work) The free breakfast was decent and the room was fairly clean.

The beds were comfortable but the bathroom was dirty. There also wasn’t a transition between the tile in the bathroom and the carpet in the main room so I tripped on it all the time or stepped on the nails underneath, which hurt. The property was huge and it was a long walk to get to breakfast. I wouldn’t stay there again.
