Horrible experience. Waited 10 mins at the front desk for check in. Then she had to call to see if our room was clean. This was 7:00 at night. Room was not clean. We ended up leaving and finding another hotel .

Nice hotel.

Nice room close to entry/exit door as we requested at the time of booking. Only issues were the hot tub had no working jets and there were no towels available within the pool area and when I went to the front desk to request towels for the pool area they only provided two towels even though there were four of us adults total.

It’s so nice to check into a hotel and be greeted warmly and cared about by the check-in staff…Shawn was awesome! Great little bar/casino, but they weren’t able to serve food due to plumbing issues. The hot/cold tap in the shower was on backwards and the bathroom vent cover needed a good cleabing, but otherwise clean & comfortable.

During check in they were busy due to rooms not being ready just after 4pm. The key card was horrible. Took us 5 mins to get in our room each time. Walked in the room and it smelled our feet and mildew. The toilet paper roll that was already there had something gross on the edges. House keeping never came by to restock toliet paper or towels, either of the full days we were there. The hot tub's water was so merucy and gross like it depersetly needed cleaned. Breakfast was good.
