Book Great Basin hotels

Everything is always solid when staying at the GSR. The Brett Young concert was great.

I like the room cleanliness, we stay for 3 nights, but the second day we need the room service but no housekeeping show up to clean the room . They said it wasn’t on the list for cleaning that day. When we checked in the hotel the front desk they ask for if we need service on the room , we said yes. Overall we like the place close to everything

Our overall stay was fantastic. This room had the jacuzzi and sauna in it. All the staff were very friendly and professional, from the front desk, private concierge lounge staff, to housekeeping. The private lounge food was very good. The room view from the 23rd floor was great. Thank you to everyone.

The first two days I stayed in the main building which was amazingly luxurious, gorgeous views, etc. the last part of my conference I had to change rooms (my own fault for booking so late), and ended up in one of their ‘extra’ buildings, which was decent but hardly as luxurious as the main rooms!
