Went for our daughters track meet. Great location. Starbucks in lobby was open before 6 am. 5 restaurants to choose from on site. Clean. Would definitely do it again if we found ourselves in reno.

Not a great stay!

Only one person checking people in so did echeck-in. $10valet charge, no coffee pot, bathroom was dirty and old. Railroad next to room was so loud. Wanted to stay an hour longer to gamble but was informed by a ruin woman there are no late checkouts. Don’t see returning based on the conditions and lack of customer service and amenities, when there resort fee is higher than others. Very disappointing!
