The stay was not what we expected the hotel I felt we were not made aware that we were signing up for a timeshare and that is not where we came from and we explained them to that, the 2 days we were there I felt like we were harassed all day question about timeshare. The room next-door to us. The occupants were smoking marijuana, which was annoying and made it uncomfortable in the room. we felt better when we got back to the room and shut the door, cause we was not being disturbed. Overall, Vegas was Vegas. It was nice. I will be going back to Vegas. Just not staying at the Westgate. I will be going back to Downtown Grand Hotel down from Fremont Street experience.

Too Smokey - this place is like a chimney and the guest there has no regards they just puff the smoke in your face. Poor customer service Dirty rooms- dust,floor dirty I slept on the linen for 5 days straight - housekeeping never changed it No microwave available free unless you paying $25 per day to use it Food there is horrible No sense of direction they just give you the door pass and expect you to find your way (first time)

Not a great property

Older property and the condition shows it. We paid for a slight upgrade to be put into one of the newly renovated rooms but other than a strong paint smell couldn’t tell what had been renovated. Checking in early there is a charge, need a late check out there is a charge. The parking was confusing at best. Have to scan and pay through the app then they have you scan again at the front desk to waive the fee. We had two vehicles and had to pay to park the other one. Had to make a couple of trips back and forth to the room and were harassed each time about some “free gift” they wanted to give us and very annoying sales people in the skin care shop. Would not stay here again.

Westgate has easy access to monorail to visit Vegas strip. it is affordable. One thing we did not like they are charging for parking for people who have reservations in hotel. During my stay, so many others complained about Westgate policy for parking fee for people who are staying.
