The hotel was surprisingly very nice clean and convenient to the convention center as well as the monorail. I did not like being hounded by the time share people with free ticket offers. the restaurant food was exceptional not a lot of choices though. I would stay again

Was there for 4 days could not get a cup of coffee to save my life you have one coffee shop the line is horrifically long every day all day get a coffee cart or something other than that the hotel is awesome but you should be able to get a cup of coffee within 20 minutes each morning and you cannot

First time staying at the westgate. There are a lot of issues with this hotel. First of which is the check in process. Took entirely too long and was unaware of the $100 deposit on top of the $150 resort fee. Gentleman at the front seemed nice enough so no issues there. Second, the room was disgusting, carpet wasn’t clean, the restroom was musty and the room was awkwardly warm? Like the AC was turned off so the room was sweating? It was the weirdest thing. It seemed like the ac was turned off right before we got there so the heat coming in from the window made the whole room feel wet. Also housekeeping did not come by the room a single time. The only positive was since we were in Vegas for a convention, we were almost never in the room. I think we were in there a total of 12 hours over 3 days. Casino was a casino, the tables were very affordable and fun. But PLEASE for the love of god, do not expect to get more than one drink an hour. The waitresses are SOOOOOO slow and you are not able to get more than one drink to account for the slow waitress. But from a purely gambling standpoint, the casino itself allows for multiple playstyles. Overall, if I had a choice, I wouldn’t stay here again. Only reason I know I’ll be back, is because I’m going back next year and this hotel is the closest and most affordable. Hopefully the hotel gets a facelift by then.
