Very clean and comfortable stay. Check was fast. Don’t like I have to pay for parking. At the time of booking it was free parking but when I arrived, it’s changed to $10 per day.

Everything about the place was great except the smoke. Couldn’t tell if someone had smoked in my room of it was me dragging the smoke from the casino back with me. Had trouble sleeping because of this. Hotel on Monorail line so that was convenient. Pool closed at 6:00 pm which I found odd.

I liked so many things about this hotel. Their sportsbook is amazing and the big draw for me. We were there 5 days and not once did they service our room. In my opinion that is unacceptable! The restaurants are lacking because most are only opened limited hours at night. I wish they had a restaurants open late because you need to eat after drinking. There is nothing near there so you are limited to their food options.

Sports book experience was awful. We were guests at this property and the bartenders were rude AF. Inequitable treatment despite the amount of money we spent at this casino and sports book and bar. Do not spend a dime here.
