We stayed here for one night. It was insanely busy as there was a windstorm. We did have some issues checking in as the room was not available as of 8:30 pm. We were able to speak to the staff who moved to a pool view room immediately, but it was frustrating we had to search it out that late in the evening. Besides the minor check in issue the hotel was excellent. The quality and cleanliness was well worth the cost. We will be back for sure!

Winter Business Stay

Stay at the resort twice a year for business. Overall, my favorite place to stay in Reno. They used to be able to mitigate the smell of smoke in the non smoking rooms, but last couple stays the smell lingers in the non-smoking rooms.

Stayed here for a few days and visited most of the casino and activity centers. We had a great time. If you are going to visit I recommend you request a room away from the elevators! They are quite loud and are constantly in use. Otherwise the visit was very nice. The property and room was clean, dining is reasonable and the activities available at this single location are a nice feature. There is plenty to do without leaving the property.
