Love this place—no frills but clean and with kind staff. An excellent value, great location, and all of things. I highly recommend. For context, I love a great resort and I’ve been to the Ritz, etc but there is something sweet, real, and special about this place. I’d rather stay here that than at some of the pricier places I’ve stayed in the Berkshires.

The motel is located not far from what you need. We went to the Lee Outlets and it was 18 minutes. The condition was a little dated but clean and the bed was comfortable and thats very important for us ! The woman who welcomed us was very kind and friendly ! Besides it being outdated i love being able to park right outside your door instead of having to bring all of your things inside through the lobby and up an elevator or stairs !I would stay again 😁 I recommend staying if you dont mind it not being fancy ,the price was reasonable also. The main thing i like is that it is CLEAN ✔️

Clean, cozy and reasonably priced. Our favorite stay in GB! Within walking distance of many good restaurants, MMM provides a mini fridge and microwave for leftovers and a table for two to enjoy them later - not often found in even more pricey stays.

Clean room and appears well maintained. The desk manager was friendly and helpful. This is an old-style motel with small rooms, but is an excellent value compared to the big brands. This was my second stay here! It is also walking distance to several good restaurants.

The rm was perfect. Bed, table and chairs, tv, and good size bath. Was here 3 days to see family. Very friendly,comfortable bed and very clean. Walking distance to supermarket and dining and bowling. I will rent again.

This hotel was perfect for our one night stay. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The owners were very friendly. They had kuerig coffee available in the lobby, which was perfect to grab a cup of coffee to go.

Very clean room, newly renovated bathroom, friendly and efficient check-in and check-out, and extremely affordable. It is a motel and is no-frills, but I don't expect anything like that at this price. This was perfect for our show down the road at the Buttonball Barn.
