Great minus the hard mattresses

Staff friendly & helpful. Felt bad they worked a bit short staffed on weekend. Pet friendly hotel & clean. Liked they had dog run in the back. Only disappointment was the beds were hard possibly broken springs but really sucked to not sleep well on a vacation we traveled 3 hours for.

Needs updating, even the rooms. Has a musty smell upon entering the building. My room also smelled musty and from past smoking in there.

This was an easily accessible motel right at the highway exit. Dog friendly, indoor pool, complimentary breakfast, clean comfortable rooms. Would stay again.

Bad experience.

The front desk representative came across abrasive (not welcoming). Very noisy, like doors slamming until 1:30 am. The dresser drawer was broken, a repair was done to it with scotch tape, LoL. Broken tile laying on the bathroom floor. Many things in the hotel needs repair or replaced. We paid for 2 nights and we left after the first night, we knew we couldn’t get a refund but we wanted out of there and paid to stay at another hotel nearby.

This Super 8 has greatly improved over the past years. Clean, neat. The breakfast was much better than expected. Concrete leading to main entry in poor condition. Would make repair a high priority due to potential lawsuits. Overall, great job!

No hot water

There was no hot water and I got a room with a jetted tub to help with my back pain on a really long trip, when I called the front desk they didn’t offer another room and no manger was available to discuss. They said they’d leave a message for a manger to call and left a voice mail for one in person but no call was received
