Our room was perfect and clean. The location to get there was unsafe. #274 The hours of your restaurant/bar were not accommodating. The market store was supposed to open at 9:30, someone came at 9:50. I had no toilet paper in the stall at the gondola restroom- very dirty. We gave our food and drink business to your competitor Moguls. It was our first time to Lutsen and we were disappointed with your accommodations.

I loved the mountain side view, the cleanliness and everything worked properly and well in the room; the pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center were all very nice. This was a very nice stay for a very nice price!!

Eagle Ridge is BEAUTIFUL. Our view of the top of the mountain, the warm pool and hot hottub, the trails-All of it! We had a fantastic experience and will be back.

Not what I was expecting

Pros: comfortable room with everything we needed. Room was clean Cons: Construction everywhere! Office is not easy to access because of construction Computer system was down at check in so my only option was to wait until it was fixed or let them write down my credit card info and trust them to destroy it later Luckily we have no mobility issues and are able to carry our bags because the photos are of the condition of the access to our room I was expecting to be able to use the pool and hot tub without needed to drive to another building Sink drain leaked, which I didn’t discover until the items I placed on the shelf below the sink were soaked with nasty water We were in a lower floor room and could hear every footstep, water running, etc from above. That would not have been an issue except for the extremely active (like running around from 7 am on) children in the room over us

Great visit, disappointed with the dining Chalet.

We enjoyed our stay here during there off season. Property was nice, enjoed the Gondola rides and sledding. Would have given a 5, exceptions were Hot tub jets werent working and the dining at the Chalet wasnt very good. I know its the off season, but we went to Moguls Grill 1 minute away and received excellent food with great service and it was their off season as well. I would return again when visiting the area, just thought it was a big miss for the dining area.

Nice, could be nicer.

Room was very nice, roomy, great views. TV was sporadic, and could not access the pool one day, card reader was not acknowledging the room card. The gondola rides should be part of the room purchase, we would have eaten on site most likely every day if we could ride up the mountain free. We eat off property the entire time we stayed there. A lot of driving!
