Upon arrival, no staff were at the desk. Myself and four other parties were in the lobby waiting for at least 15 minutes, even after “ringing the bell.” I finally called the motel and told the lady who answered there were several people trying to check in. Check in went quickly once someone came to the desk. Check out is actually 11am per a printed paper on the check in desk. It was originally noon, which my reservation showed. Be sure to check your reservation or you will be charged an additional 10.00 per hour after 11am.

Front desk person, her name may have been Charlie, immediately offered us a card for a free appetizer at Texas Roadhouse. Texas Roadhouse happens to be one of my daughter's favorite places. It was a very nice gesture and just happened to hit a happy nerve!

Nobody was ever at the desk which made it hard to get extra towels, an additional key etc. The guy working was pulled in many directions. Clearly they are short staffed like the rest of the world and also dont see the importance from a service standpoint to be available to their customers. We wont be back.
