The front desk folks were very nice. With that said the hotel was a dump. Our room smelled like wet mold. Must of been 15 flies in it and our bathroom door wouldn’t shut. Never again

Room is very dirty and outdated. We turned out heat on and it smelt like urine. Walls were very dirty and hair in our supposed to be clean tub.

The minute you step in it stinks with cigarettes , it says everywhere “no smoking” but the smell is horrible in the whole hotel. Dirty bed sheets, dirty / stained towels, The pictures just shoe maybe one nice room, all the other rooms are not wven close to what it looks like in the photo, very old, smelly and old. The smell is horrible , from smoking .

As soon as you walk in it smells like smoke but there is no smoking signs everywhere. Walk down the hallway and its smells even worse, can’t really describe it, just smells old and not clean. The breakfast area had make your own waffles and syrup, some yogurt, fruit cup, english muffins and bread. We were just at another similar 2 star hotel that had make your own waffles and they had more options to go with it and some boiled eggs, water, decent coffee, actual fruit, bagels. We couldn’t wait to leave there, thankfully it was only one night. There were people always sitting and drinking near the pool area and we didn’t feel safe to let the kids swim there. Pay more money and go to a place that feels safe and clean, especially if you have kids.

Excellent Service at Knights Inn Grand Forks! I had to write a review to praise the exceptional service I received from Nate and the entire staff during my recent stay at Knights Inn. When I first checked in, I experienced a few issues with my initial room, but the team, led by Nate, handled the situation with incredible professionalism and efficiency. They were friendly, immediately addressed my concerns, and quickly relocated me to an absolutely fantastic room. The new room was perfect—clean, quiet, and very comfortable, making the rest of my stay here in Grand Forks exactly what I needed. It's this kind of dedication to guest satisfaction that really sets a place apart. Thank you, Nate and the rest of the staff, for turning a slight hiccup into a truly great experience. I highly recommend this hotel based on their commitment to excellent service!

Besides the frequent cockroaches, Knights Inn is the best of the worst in town. Miles better than Stay Inn and East Grand Inn with whom they compete for the lowest dollar per night average. Their continental breakfast is the best of the three by far. Hotel staff and housekeepers are great. The pool is decent. Like other budget hotels, they need to update their power outlet offerings to accommodate a world with cell phones. The outlets are not conveniently near the bed at all. The area of town is quite industrial but there are many stores and fast food joints within walking distance. The roaches are gross and there's no way around that. If they got rid of those this would be a point higher.

The room smelt terrible. The walls were dirty as heck. And our tv didn’t work. As soon as we walked into the hotel through the back door to get to our room. The trash cans were full by the pool. Never ever will I stay there again.
