The door to our room would not shut tight. Once locked from the inside it still didn't shut fully. The tiles in the bathroom are way too slippery when wet, shower water ended up on the bathroom floor. The fridge wasn't even plugged so it was useless and the hot tub was barely warm. The maids were cleaning rooms and talking and plain being noisy before 7 am.

You get what you pay for. Didn’t have high hopes for this place since it was rated low and the price was cheap. Didn’t feel the cleanest while there and only when we were checking out did my boyfriend look under the bed to make sure nothing of ours was under there which then he found a bunch of bottles and garbage under the bed. So gross! Note for the cleaners of the property to clean under the beds too!! Wouldn’t stay there again if ever passing through Williams.

Don’t stay!

The room was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. The shower looked like they did a repair and didn’t clean up the remnants of all the cuttings, and what ever they did. It was unusable. Spiders and bugs. Never again will we stay here.

The pool was dirty, the room was dirty, carpet was dirty, the shower was dirty and the water would spray all over the bathroom. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were hard. The breakfast was toast, pancakes (not cooked all the way) and cereal. The people were nice. The location was good. We won’t stay there again.

Stayed here with family the condition of the room was poor nothing like the pictures don’t be fooled if you want something nice. The wife was not happy 😂 it did have a feel like don’t touch anything and this review is from 30 minutes after checking in.

The area was very rundown, the pool was outdated and dirty. The breakfast area was not cleaned or stocked and there was nobody to mask if you needed anything. Not a deal for the price.

I do not recommend

There was a horrible smell in the room. Like bugs had been present and were treated. The smell woke me up during the night! Plus, we did see bugs in our room. Overall, the quality of the room was poor. The continential breakfast was so minimal and poor that we left and went to a restaurant next door.
