Went to see the Grand Canyon and this hotel was the perfect choice!! Close to Grand Canyon, Sedona, Flagstaff and of course Route 66! Breakfast was good, room was clean and convenient!

My truck broke down and I called the hotel five different times to keep them posted about my situation and that I ultimately would not be checking in. I waited 14 hours on the side of the road for AAA to show up (I broke down at 8pm Monday night, AAA showed up at 10am the next morning!). The hotel marked me as a No-Show (despite communicating what was happening) and charged me for the night! Where is the compassion? Where is the humanity? Apparently, making money off someone in a horrible situation is more important than doing the right thing.

I stayed here on my way back from Albuquerque. Very convenient, easy access to the highway, and a pleasant drive to Grand Canyon. Rooms were large in spacious with all the conveniences. I’ll be staying here again next year.
