An old building with newer flooring and paint in rooms. Lobby was fine. Mattress was very creaky and shower surround with some mold.

Property needs upgrades and evening receptionist was less than welcoming. There are about 3 Motel Sixes within a block of each other. This one had no microwave or refrigerator while other advertised these features.

Staff was rude. Facilities were disgusting and in disarray. The room smelled of stale urine and weed. While taking a shower I was fearful that the whole unit would fall thru the floor. Security was lacking. Anyone could have walked in the building or room. Linens were stained. Didn’t see any live bugs but saw activity of previous bug life. Was afraid for my safety when it was dark out. Homeless people were milling about the parking lot in between vehicles. Without my dog who is for protection, who knows what would have happened.

I was very grateful that I could check in at midnight. I had been on the road all day and needed rest. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The heat worked well and wasn’t loud. The next morning, I could walk to a diner that served an excellent breakfast and I got back on the road.

Rooms were good, hallways were a little rough looking but the rooms were fine so it wasnt a big deal. No elevators so that was kinda inconvenient but again the hotel room want bad we enjoyed our stay.

We stay here every year over the Thanksgiving weekend to get the holidays started. The room is spacious, clean and cozy for us, every single time. It’s conveniently located near Safeway and Family Dollar for any needs you may have. It’s also located right where the Christmas parade starts

PROS: A room was available near our destination in a seemingly safe area, and it appeared clean. That's about it. CONS: Pets are allowed with an on-site pet space THAT IS LITERALLY A MUD HOLE. Optionally, we were told we could walk our dog across the street off property to relieve them (really?!). Mattress springs audibly 'popped' with every movement. The toilet was loose - I don't know how else to put it - but functional, and the tub basin scarred and moldy. No complimentary toiletries (other than one motel soap in the bathroom and one at the sink) or available guest amenities (indoor pool was closed but not advertised upon booking as such), and the employees at the front desk were stiff, bordering on unfriendly. Walls at this location are apparently very thin leading to a noise complaint just after 10PM for NORMAL levels of conversation between myself and my husband concerning morning plans as we were settling into bed for the night. When sincerely asked if they had the right room for the complaint - a few rooms down from us and across the hall there was more than a little noise coming from behind their door - the response from the man at the desk was abrupt and dismissive. Overall, the issues stated above caused undue stress in an otherwise happy family vacation. We did not enjoy our brief stay at this location and would not recommend it to others.

The room was great; the neighborhood was great but one word of caution! Apparently there are three (3) Motel 6 in Williams and fining ours was a challenge and was very frustrating. However in the end we succeeded and loved the place and the restaurants in walking distance :-)
