Decided to sleep in so don’t know about the breakfast. The whole family slept great. We were there for the polar express but this hotel is a quick 5 min walk to the train but a third of the price of the hotel on sight. Definitely worth staying here with a small walk and saving the money. Place was clean, slept great!

Let me start with the positives. The room and hotel was clean and comfortable. This it! The door locks were HORRIBLE! We had to get new keys every single day. One day we had to get new keys TWICE. Rather than be apologetic the front desk staff blamed us. They tried to tell us it was because we put the keys next to a phone wallet. But even when we were VERY careful with the keys we still had problems. Coming back to your room loaded with stuff is.nota good time to have your keys top working. It was very frustrating. The rooms were SO loud. There was no sound proofing put into these rooms. You could hear everything outside your room and from all sides. The front desk staff was so unfriendly and rude. The door to the pool was broken so you had to ask o be let in every time you wanted to go. The location is pretty far from town. We prefer to walk most of the time in Williams. This hotel isn’t the best in walking distance. Especially considering how cold it gets. Our room was not serviced once in our five night stay. We had to keep asking for towels and trash bags because no one eve came to clean I really don’t think we will stay there again. I’d rather pay the extra to stay at the Grand Canyon Railway Hotel and know I won’t have issues. from all sides.
