Overall, we had a good stay, the room was clean, comfortable, and met our needs, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue we encountered was that the microwave in our room was not working, which was a bit inconvenient, but it didn’t take away from the overall positive experience. We would still consider staying here again.

The room was very nice! The 1st front desk person Elizabeth was great! However, the rest of them need to training on “Customer Service.” I think a hello or smile would have ruined their day. The breakfast was not good. Broken kitchen toasters, coffee machine not working, watered down juices.
