The bebsheets were laundered but the bedding and bed were extremely filthy. Dog hairs in the mattress, smell, stains, and dust build up.

We love our stay at your hotel. The bed was so comfortable and the room is spacious enough. We also love the free breakfast and your staff were polite and smiling. The only thing that we expected in our room was the microwave. Before I booked, I made sure there was a microwave and a fridge but sadly there wasn't any microwave.

I do not care for the kiosk check in. It’s sad that their business model has eliminated a personal greeting at check in. The room was clean but when we were using the sink in the bathroom, the mirror fell off the wall and broke. When trying to reach someone to help with this, it was some off-site rep. No maintenance was offered, no replacement room was offered. We had to sweep away the glass with a towel. I will be contacting the corporate office to issue a formal complaint

booked via expedia, the photos looked great but when checked in, got shocked with condition of property. the carpets were due for years to change with stains. the door was not locking automatically, have to push door a little to lock, which is a big security risk. the additional flip lock for security was loose. breakfast was mentioned as continental, but no eggs, no meat etc

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had was at this hotel. Although the room had a fridge and stove, there were no kitchen supplies at all. There was an ironing board holder, but no iron provided. They gave only one small bar of soap for a family of four, which was very frustrating. We booked a room with two queen beds for my husband, our two kids, and me. I was sleeping with my six-year-old daughter, and when she turned to the other side, the bed shifted and the pillows fell off. Overall, the room felt poorly prepared and unsafe. I would never stay at this hotel again.

The night clerk was indifferent, ignored us, and requested we check in with the computerized self-check in. He assigned my 3 rooms. One upstairs room, #248 had a very noisy room AC/Heater. When I asked for a room change, the night clerk and the computer said all rooms were occupied and they had no vacancy, neither offered compensation of any remedy. She said she would leave note for maintenance man at 8 AM. The next morning there was not even a mention of my complaint, no note for the maintenance man. The Day Manager assured me the problem would be fixed for day #2. The previous night, when told they had "No Vacancy," I went on-line and discovered they were offering 2 queens for $199 and one King for $259. I have a copy of that offer for vacant rooms. Also, 2 of my 3 rooms had no microwave, as promised. The second night the heater was about half as much noise for first hour, but then continued with even more noise. So my sister-in-law turned it off and used her electric heating pad. I believe Days Inn treated their Hotel.com occupants as "second class" customers. The night clerk even told us that because our booking was not directly with them, but a 3rd party, I had to go through all the legal signatures and make 3 separate room deposits. I am not happy with Days Inn staff, and getting no compensation for the noisy heater. (Best Feature is all 3 rooms did have Great Beds,..all new ones.

The room and heating was great. The continental breakfast could’ve been better considering the long line for breakfast. I think restocking was tricky because of the space being so reduced. The mini fridge was helpful but the freezer didn’t keep ice cream cold enough and it melted. Overall it was a good location and it served its purpose for the central area and my family was happy so I would recommend this spot.

I booked a room for a family suite, picture showed mulitple beds, I ended up with two queen beds, for 190.00. The room is outdated, and the microwave only cooks one item, and shuts OFF for 30 to 45 mins. Thought I could save money by buying groceries, ended up having to buy more food because the microwave wouldn't work, and the 'stovetop' doesn't go past 'low'. Went to speak with the front desk to ask to have microwave fixed, I was told the maintenance guy would not be in until 10 am, one hour before check out. This was such a dissapointment, considering I've stayed in MANY Wyndam hotels across the country, and I have NEVER had this experience. I drove from Phoenix, for TWO HOURS to stay here. Never again, and I will never recommend this brand to ANYONE ever again!!!!
