Our stay was fine. Staff was friendly after checking out we attempted to contact the hotel to try to recover a lost item. We were unable to contact the hotel directly. IHG does not allow direct contact with our hotel so we will not be staying at IHG properties in the future

Probably the worst run staff and customer service in the US. Second time staying here even worse this time. Tried to move reservation & they charged me twice and hung up on me after hours of trying to resolve it. I even paid for the insurance to cancel when initially purchased & they still told me I’m out of luck. Thanks for stealing my $136. I’d recommend everyone stay away from flag staff entirely.

Very courteous staff, clean room with comfortable beds, nice to have 24/7 access to either coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Breakfast didn't look bad but I wasn't able to grab any before they closed at 09:30.
