Nice clean location. Staff was friendly. Was convenient to walk downtown. Open 24 hrs was great as we came in at 2:15AM from Los Angeles.

Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay here! I spent two nights for a visit to the Grand Canyon. My room was very clean and comfortable, the staff I interacted with were very friendly, and the area was great for travelers. Delicious restaurant right next door with a great outdoor area and a grocery store across the street. A lot of route 66 history to explore as well. Other occupants of the hotel mostly seemed to be fellow travelers. If I travel to this area again, I would definitely be staying here!

This location is fabulous for visiting the Grand Canyon. It’s only a hour away but you are in a great walkable small town. It is however a loud location there are trains that go until about nine pm. The rooms are a bit small. Would not recommend for more than three people. Bathroom is the smallest portion with a sliding door. But very cleans and the staff is fantastic. Super close to the grocery store and the walkable portion of town. Would stay again.

The only good place to stay in Williams

I moved here after having a bad experience and leaving early from one of the cheap 80s motels down the street. It seems most of the towns hotels are all dated the same era and are gross but this one was the exception. Modern decor, clean, and fantastic effort by the staff. This is the only place to stay in Williams! I wasn’t from here, let me spare you, there is a strip of gross motels/hotels. Stay here, it’s the best and not part of the gross group.

The hotel is very clean and in a great location. I booked two rooms, and everything was great except for the hot water. The water in one of my rooms was lukewarm, not hot. With the summer weather, it was fine, but during our stay when the temperature was 25°F (real feel 20°F), it wasn’t ideal. The receptionist was fantastic – check-in was quick and informative. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Very clean, spacious room, staff was very attentive. The only thing I did not like was the inability to connect to their WiFi. By no means a dealbreaker, and I give this property 5 stars despite this issue.

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It was newly remodeled and smelled and felt new. The room was comfortable. The bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay there couldn’t ask for a better spot.
