The room had a large wet spot in front of the bathroom door. After investigating, I found that someone had dumped a lot of ice into the waste basket by the door in the bathroom which was leaking onto the floor. The basket also had paper in it from the previous tenant. I told the front desk of this problem to which they said it was weird! They did nothing. The floor was still wet when we left. During the stay the bulb in the lamp on the desk failed. I asked the front desk to replace it, again they did nothing! Obviously, something is very wrong here! I would avoid this place! The hotel, unlike other Hilton properties, has no coffee available in the morning for free. You must pay $5 for each cup! We met a guest who said this was a recent change at the hotel. The hotel is a nice property, food was good, but overpriced. In general I find that this hotel doesn’t measure up to the Hampton Inn or other Marriot properties. My past stays at the Double Tree were much better!

it was good. But the faucet in the bathtub might need to be looked at- you have to crank it really hard to get the water to stop and it sort of leaks a while after you shut it off.

Had to be in Flagstaff for a wedding so we booked a room for the night. The hotel was clean, room was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. My wife loved the shampoo, conditioner and body lotions that were in the bathroom. Front desk gave us cookies when we checked in and also when we returned in the late evening after the wedding. Shopping mall right across the street with a grocery store. Starbucks and McDonalds right down the street also.

Although not a new hotel, it was generally in good condition. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The shower was perhaps the main area for improvement. We did not have any food or drinks at the hotel. We did catch an Uber to Downtown and back on a Thursday evening and both trips were less than $10. We last visited three years ago and would happily stay again if we were in the area.

Shower was dirty around the bottom of the doors. Needs scrubbing around the fitments. Otherwise a nice stay, given warm cookies on arrival and pleasant reception staff. A handy guest laundry room was excellent.

Flagstaff is a bit pricey as compared to nearby towns. Doubletree had no complementary coffee in Lobby and no included breakfast. However, these facts were disclosed prior to booking - no surprises. Complementary in room coffee was provided, however. Very nice, upscale hotel. General Manager was very friendly and helpful.
