Everything was great from the time we got there until we left. Shower was great, beds great, very clean, pleasant smelling, pet friendly and breakfast was good. I wish all our hotel stays were like this place!! Loved it!

Relax family trip

The hotel location is perfectly surrounding by trees, very quiet and nice. Although it is older hotel, but we are impress the shower room is nicely remodel. We are all enjoy it. The beds are not too soft and about right. The down side is hotel doesn't have elevator. So it is not convenient to carry luggages to second floor. The breakfast is also great. We definitely had great breakfast before going hiking at Grand Canyon. The only thing I want to mention is AC control. It was not working. We try to operate from AC. It was not working either. But because the weather in March is not too cold or too hot. So it was not bothering us. Maybe hotel needs to pay attention on this, so it won't get complaint when the weather is changing. We also like the text messages before check in and check out. You input necessary information from phone. It saves a lot of time at front desk. We wish other hotels will do the same. One last thing, we looked at the previous reviews. Someone mention to try the Mexican restaurant next door. We did. It was so delicious!

I loved the updated modern bathroom and colorful well-designed bedroom!! The outside of the hotel is unassuming but once you step inside the room it's great! Then rooms of this hotel are better than some hotels that look great on the outside and then disappoint. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and felt very comfortable. Thank you!
