I am writing to formally report serious concerns regarding our stay at Baymont by Wyndham. The room was unacceptable, staff was dismissive and the iverall condition of our floor was below standards. I have much more to add but this space is limited. Please advise how i can add more details.

I ordered 2 queen size beds, that room had full sizes. Room was dirty, bed sheets were already used. Whoever cleaned the room, just turn the sheets inside out. Never going back there, would not recommend anyone to go there. Plus, the main door wouldn't close ask the way, had to lean chair against door

I booked this hotel because Expedia shows it as an 8/10, but that is highly misleading. The entire property felt run-down and poorly maintained. There was a noticeable odor throughout the building, baseboards were missing along multiple hallways, and there were literal chunks of carpet gone in several areas. The popcorn ceilings had large patch jobs that looked unfinished, and construction supplies were piled up near the elevators. On top of that, the staff was not friendly, which made the experience even worse. I expected significantly better based on the rating. This hotel needs serious repairs and customer service training.
