Grand Canyon Vist

Nice place to stay to visit the Grand Canyon. plenty of places close by to eat. Breakfast is from 6 to 10 am....Big Plus.

Location is great we stayed there for 2 days . It was clean when we arrive but the next day no cleaning of the room,garbage still full . In short nobody went there to fix the room. We didnt put sign don’t disturb. We were not satisfied .

The hot tub was the best we have used in hotels. It was hot, the jets were strong and it was under the stars. On the other hand we were very discouraged about the elevator. Our key card always needed to be changed at the front desk. The rooms were very clean.

Located in a college town with plenty of eating and shopping choices. Hotel is not far off I-40 and I-17. Desk clerk on duty at check-in had no greeting, all business. Same one three days later, same reception. The breakfast staff worked hard to put on a nice selection of food choices and keep the area clean. The security lights in the parking lot were being replaced at the time of my stay.

Definitely doesnt live up to the Baymont name. Rooms were clean, bedding was comfortable and clean as well, but overall the facilities show a lack of maintenance or attention to detail. mis-matched paints, threadbare carpeting in stairwells. Security/camera coverage was also lacking for a facility so near a university campus. Overall it wasnt terrible, but I am not sure I would stay again
