The staff was super friendly and while our room was clean the hotel elevator was very dirty and unclean for 4 days in our stay. The water pressure was awful. The shower didn’t put much water out and we had to flush the toilet two or three times. Again the only thing great was the lady working the front desk.

Nice hotel would stay again

Our room was extremely clean and comfortable. The hotel decor in lobby also very nice and clean. If I had to say one area that could be improved would be the trash cans in the breakfast area. That was a bit disturbing to see considering it is near food. Not just the outside but inside around the lid.

There was only luke warm water for showers every night in our 3 night stay No lighting in room only 2 table lamps on one side of room. Could not see anything in the evening in the room. It is against the law to ask what the purpose of my service dog is for.

Desk clerk was on the phone when we arrived, and didn't acknowledge us. Then when she was looking for our reservation began helping about 5 customers behind us rekey their room keys, then came back to us.

The manager on duty was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Our only disappointment was that there was a really dirty supposedly “cleaned” washcloth in the bathroom. Only one regular coffee and one decaf. Not really giving coffee options when there are two people.

The staff was amazing! Super sweet and friendly, also very accommodating! The room was clean and the beds were comfy. My only complaint about the room would be that the water pressure was too low. The breakfast could of been better, but overall it was good enough. Would stay there again and recommend it to others.

This completely ruined our stay in Glen Rose. We will NOT be staying here again. The only reason it’s getting a 1 star is for the lady in the front being nice and friendly. For starters we had to request for the sheets to be changed because there were stains all over them and they hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while. We rented a suite with two king beds and hotel was hot and uncomfortable. We tried to turn our air down in the room several times and it wouldn’t go down from 79 degrees. We really tried to settle in but the room and the hotel were stuffy and the air quality was horrible. My kids, myself and my husband were all coughing uncontrollably. It was so uncomfortable in the rooms. The carpets stunk and you could tell by the marks on the doors, the elevators and all other surfaces this place was not clean. We left and just drove the 3 hours back home to be comfortable again.

My room was clean and fine but the whole place is just worn down. Outside trash, trash cans full, the windows and mats in entryway hadn’t been cleaned in ages. When I asked for Kleenex tissues for my room I was told abruptly that “we don’t have to put tissues in rooms anymore.” She did find a box but I thought that was just weird. It’s a low class hotel, several repairs needed to be done, chair and ottoman in room needed to be replaced due to stains and wear, commode ran all night, vent fan had big rattle. I’d never stay here again. I thought Wyndham used to be a nice brand but I guess not now.
