Friendly check in! Elevator broken but I needed to get my steps in so no complaints there. Room is clean. Breakfast we average. Coffee machine was nice with lots of options. Parking was plentiful. Staff were friendly. Would stay again.

Upon check in, no staff was present in the lobby for over 10 mins. Elevators are broke and had to walk 4 flights of stairs that smelled like a skunk and old burnt coffee. Fans blowing in the hallway to turn on the light to enter the room and see live roaches fighting over crumbs on the floor and one flew at us. Stepped on a roach and killed it a foot into the doorway. Room floor was dirty with food crumbs even in the bathroom. Some type of Cheetos or popcorn puff crumbles. No manager on duty and took several phone calls to express concerns and conditions of facility. Will not be staying at this place ever in the future

Broken elevator is a problem especially when our room was on the 4th floor. Elevator has been broken since the spring of 2025. Our stay was in Nov 2025. Does an elevator repair really more than 7 months?

Elevator was out of service my entire bathroom was flooded. Water in tub was brown springs in the pull out bed which mattress was stained were coming out and no extra sheets were provided by the way they ran out of pillows and blankets only offered 1 sheet which I had to go down stairs for. I was told to contact Expedia for my refund which is now being denied and offered $35 for a future stay. FYI no one cleaned up the mess! Mold was outrages! Have pictures to prove!

The elevators were out. I have a bad knee. I asked to be on the first floor. They said that’s not going to happen. The carpet is dirty. The baseboards are dirty. Several lightbulbs were out in the hallways and the stairwells. The towels are very thin and have threads hanging off of them. The breakfast quality was very poor and was warm not hot. This is a very poor choice I made when it’s supposed to be one of the nicest hotels in the city. They have signs up, saying they will do a partial refund for the elevators. I expect to see a partial or full refund..

Checked in Friday @ 3:00 pm check in. Clerk informed us elevator was out. We could take a bottom room not our suite or 4 flights of step. Itcwas TSU Homecoming. I booked in September. Elevators been pur 3-4 MONTHS!! We got in shower Friday night all shower products empty. We paid more than $300.00 a night. False advertisement. It was close to TSU was the ONLY GOOD THING. Never stay there again. You can stay in the Ft. Worth Omni cheaper.

We booked our reservation through Expedia for a 4 night stay. It was not disclosed that the elevator was not working. My 12 year old son had knee surgery the day before and obviously could not go up the 3 flights of stairs. The desk clerk was rude and refused to help at all saying that she could not cancel the reservation. She refused to contact her supervisor - only gave me an email for the property manager. By the way, I did email the property manager and now 3 days later have still not heard back. Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel. Poorly trained staff. But the property manager is ultimately the problem as there was no one in a supervisory position to help with an obviously urgent matter. Not having ADA access is illegal. But refusing to help when you did not disclose that you didn’t have ADA access is the worst part. I will never book another reservation at this property.
