The rooms were clean and spacious and it was lovely to have a full bathroom. Staff were very pleasant and it was nice to have everything we needed close at hand. Breakfast was also a great way to start the day.

The property was clean. Bed was comfortable and spacious. Easy parking. Well priced. The downside was the breakfast. Poor quality and lucking European breakfast variety. Overall, was good stay!!

Clean and modern room. Staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was included, which was nice. However, on the 2nd day the breakfast options were still the same, so it would have been nice some variety. Also, the dishes and cups were not properly clean. The outdoor pool was great and relaxing, however, since the pool is open till 10pm, it was noisy till like 10:15pm.

The hotel was lovely, room fantastic value. However was caught off guard however with it being attached to a tavern style venue which was off putting. The other downside was the lack of sound proofing of the hotel rooms. When other visitors are in there rooms at 2am and talking loudly, it sounds like they are next to you in your room. Made for 2 nights of minimal sleep unfortunately. .

The brekky was perfect to set me up for my walk to Pacific Fair shopping center. Room was great - beds and pillows very comfortable. The Netflix in my room didn't want to work, but staff have assured me it will be fixed. I didn't need it anyway because I entertained myself in the pool, and with free to air telly. Enjoyed my stay, and will recommend to friends and stay again myself.
Had the pool to myself - the water running off the end of the slide was better than a massage!
Pool area including lounges (some covered for sun protection) and QR codes for food/drink service.
Breakfast was just right.
IMAX theater experience at Pacific Fair shopping centre.

Breakfast was good, the room was average, but the cleanliness was disappointing. There were hairs on the tub when I got in the room, and for the two weeks I was there housekeeping never removed the hairs. The windows had thick spider webs that were there for ages. The bathroom towels stunk. I would not stay there again.
