Good stay

Clean room; need for towel hooks in the bathroom instead of a photo; breakfast buffet ok, need more fresh fruits like bananas; staff are polite but needs more knowledge on local transportation services, one lady gave us wrong information, she didn't know about the free buses and the $1 on-demand ride services. Good location you can walk to many popular attractions and restaurants. Overall good stay.

Nice!

This hotel was certainly adequate for our needs and Glenwood Springs is lovely. Lots of guests staying there, due to the holiday and local sports tournaments, so it’s surprising that it wasn’t any noisier. The small indoor pool was clean as was the jacuzzi. We especially liked the bathroom and the large lighted mirror and walk-in shower.

First of all, we added on the late checkout for extra money because we needed it and then they didn’t even let us do that which like why offer? Then our sheets had OTHER PEOPLES HAIRS in and on them, so I called requesting new sheets on the bed. They took over an hour to send some boy who didn’t speak any English (which is fine except I couldn’t communicate what we needed) up to the room and didn’t make the bed, just threw sheets at my face. So I had to pay over $600 to make my own bed that shouldn’t have been that unclean in the first place. The bathroom had very clearly never been cleaned recently and had hairs all over the shower. The vents were so dusty it and the bathroom fan was hanging from the ceiling partially unattached which is just dangerous. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Anytime we asked for anything (towels, soap, etc.) it took over two hours to get to our room IF we didn’t just give up and go get it. The whole point of hotel service is convenience and home away from home but this was NOT good. I do not recommend at all. Not to mention the area is horrible with tons of homeless people and no parking.
