Not quite what we expected.

Staff was friendly and helpful, they get five stars, but hotel seemed a bit off. Bathrooms are really small, rooms sparce. Breakfast ran out early. I believe there were some extended stay visitors in the hotel… they were cooking dinner in their rooms, and the hallway smelled like hot plates and hamburger grease? That was a first. It served its purpose, but wouldn’t chose to stay there again.

I don’t know how this property was given such great reviews, but in my opinion they were way off. The air conditioner was mounted so high that, at 5’3” I couldn’t see the controls. It is an old hotel that has been remodeled but not very well. Toilet was original and very low, making it hard to get up. There is no elevator, but fortunately they did change our room to 1st floor.

I had no issues with the hotel but they put me next door to someone who had a big dog that just wouldn't stop barking when going into the room and in the morning. Called front desk and the gal that answered was not friendly about the situation. She also didn't come and talk to the people about the barking.

Noise of water draining All night. It wasnt raining, but could hear water sloshing, draining and going through pipes loudly through the night. Coffee was dark and hot, but not tasty. Tv volumn didnt work on remote. Staff were welcoming and kind. Wouldnt stay here again.

Very comfortable

No elevator, so that could be an issue for some. For us, it was comfortable and clean. The breakfast isn’t the biggest, but it was just what I like. The staff was very friendly. It seemed they were wearing multiple hats and front desk was left unattended for periods of time, but apologies and kindness more than made up for waits.

I'd had a long day near the end of a long trip, and searched the trunk of the car in vain hopes of finding a few items that I'd probably left behind someplace days earlier. Concerned that I was OK and might need help, the woman staffing the front desk came out to make sure I was OK and to offer assistance, and then made sure that I got the nearest room so that I wouldn't need to tote my things very far. Heads-up, welcoming, go-the-extra-mile service, with a smile. There are other choices here, but on what's likely to become a regular stop between my new home and old friends, this is the place where I'll stay.
