clean room, great sheets

No chairs in room, no desk to do work on, room way too small, wallpaper unsightly. No microwave to use in the hotel. Staff was friendly.

There was 1 elevator working for 15 floors. Undisclosed madatory "resort" and "food and beverage fees" that we were not expecting. No wifi. Staff at hotel seemed to think we should be grateful to them for the privilege of staying there. This was a Best Western disguised as a high end hotel.

I've stayed at this property at least four times. I prefer it because I like having a kitchenette and fridge. Even though I don't cook in the room, it's great to have a place to put leftovers and have the option of using the kitchen. It's less than one block from the subway stop. Very close to Times Square and Broadway shows. This stay, the room was very noisy as it faced the street. Fortunately, the front desk was able to change my room and I slept well after that. Also, the front desk was accomodating when I asked to add an extra night. Highly recommend.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and I absolutely love it. The rooms are always clean. Staff is amazing. And the amenities are excellent.

This was a great spot. Pretty close to the crowds of Time Square but that’s New York. We were only here 48 hours and needed to pack in a lot of the touristsy stuff so it was great! Nice, safe, clean and cool. The kids loved it.
