Great hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. The service was excellent, and everything was very well organized. I would happily stay here again.

Room was clean maybe a little bit more lighting beds totally uncomfortable. If the window could open more I might’ve thrown it out the window definitely invest in better beds. Staff was great. Restaurant was good. Breakfast was excellent parking convenient.

Excellent location if you are driving into Washington Heights- parking right behind hotel (and affordable). Room was clean and super nice. The only item of annoyance is forcing an amenity fee which I did not use and it allowed me to opt out, but I was still charged.

Short stay due to a cancelled flight. Complimentary airport shuttle was key.

Booked this hotel last minute while traveling for work, it’s really close to the Yankee Stadium, the street it’s on isn’t the cleanest. The hotel is clean nothing luxurious but clean in fact they seem to clean with bleach because the hallway and my room both smelt like bleach to the point that it gave me a headache it was so strong!! There is WiFi, no onsite laundry but there is a laundromat 5min walking distance from the hotel. They have onsite gated parking for $30 per night as an option, which was good or you would have to search for street parking. I didn’t see any sketchy people around, I will add this hotel as my last resort option.
