The staff weren’t professional and they are rude. the hotel is so much smaller and different from the picture and they did not give me back my deposit when i literally cleaned the whole room before leaving and even tipping

not returning my security deposit.

I stayed at this hotel several times over a few nights and generally had a good experience. The staff were friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. The rooms were clean and comfortable. However, I faced an ongoing issue with my security deposit not being refunded. A deposit was taken each time I booked, but despite multiple attempts to contact the hotel directly, I received no response. I also reached out to Hotels.com, who contacted the hotel by phone and email, but unfortunately, there has been no follow-up from the hotel to resolve the issue. Be careful about the security deposit if you are about to book this hotel. The rest is fine.
