We were at the end of our trip and wanted to stay in a hotel closer to the airport. Hotel LY was everything we wanted and didn’t know we needed. My only regret is that we didn’t stay there our entire trip.

Very clean room but a.c in the room stop Working the second night. We called the front desk and no one came to check on it. The lights by the door also didn’t work after the first night but no one came to check it etc.

I was expecting a little more. I can't really put my finger on it - the place was clean the front desk support was excellent but maybe the fact that it was attached to a Laundromat and in an industrial area turned me off. I did walk to a local diner at night and didn't feel unsafe so maybe its just that I'm a little spoiled lol

the staff have given excellent service. I like the free coffee, tea and pastries provided. The room is newly renovated, new and clean. There is a plaza close by with McDonald, Starbucks, Target, B.J., Dollar Tree, ShopRite.

Very weird situation with having to use your ƙey for electricity but only wanted to give one key per room. Bathroom is all in glass so in the middle of the night you wake up everyone. Besides that beautiful room nearby to la Guardia. Nice people.

The hotel by itself is really good, the only problem we found was that the shower door didn't close properly, but easily solved, another thing is that even though the WC and Shower are enclosed and have a frosted glass door, they opened directly into the bedroom but is a matter of preference. The area was safe, we didn't run into any issues, close commerece and nearby restaurants at a 5 min walk. We return one night at 3 am, the feeling was a little unconfortable because it's a bit dark and lonely (but what can you ecpect at 3 am), however no real dangers at all, a 20 min bus ride from the 7 train station, so this is good to take into account since you'll be relying on this bus to go to the city.
